1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on 69cuan, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify 69cuan immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 69cuan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

69cuan is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

69cuan accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed instantly and are free of charge from 69cuan. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name that have been used for deposits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. 69cuan reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.

4.3 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Failure to meet minimum wagering requirements may result in withdrawal requests being declined.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. 69cuan reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of a voided bet, the stake will be returned to your account. Settlement of sports bets follows official results as determined by the relevant governing body. For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a clear technical error occurred.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players or casino staff
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Fraudulent or criminal activity including money laundering
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Reverse engineering or attempting to hack the 69cuan platform

6.3 Maximum Payouts

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, 69cuan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. 69cuan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for any technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures).

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with 69cuan's services is to cease using the platform and close your account. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations of liability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

69cuan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other 69cuan policy
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Dormant account (no login activity for 12 consecutive months)
• At your request for self-exclusion or account closure

Upon termination, your access to services will be revoked and your account balance (excluding any bonus funds or funds obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. 69cuan is not obligated to provide reasons for account suspension or termination beyond those required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of 69cuan's services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and 69cuan. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the Indonesian Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Indonesian or English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

By using 69cuan's services, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 69cuan.

12. Modifications to Terms

69cuan reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered email address and by posting a notice on the 69cuan platform. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.
